Enclosed in a durable steel housing with a bold red powder-coat finish, the unit is designed for maximum visibility and long-term service in demanding conditions. Constructed from high-grade C45 steel and finished with a high-visibility red powder coating, the lockout box resists corrosion, abrasion, and environmental exposure, offering years of reliable service with minimal maintenance. Internally, the device features a welded steel baffle plate and a silicone-sheet one-way barrier to prevent tampering of the inserted keys or unlocking of the primary control lock until all secondary locks have been removed — a critical safeguard in group Loto scenarios.
