SupplyVan.com delivers products across the United Arab Emirates and internationally to more than 192 countries through our logistics partners, including FedEx, as well as our own UAE delivery fleet.
This Shipping Policy explains our delivery coverage, estimated delivery timelines, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and customer responsibilities.
Shipping Coverage
SupplyVan ships within the UAE and to international destinations, except countries or regions restricted under applicable sanctions, export control laws, carrier restrictions, or international trade regulations.
Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local import regulations, dangerous goods restrictions, product size, weight, or carrier limitations.
UAE Delivery
SupplyVan delivers across all Emirates in the UAE using its own delivery fleet and selected third-party courier partners.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, dimensions, delivery address, destination country, shipping method, and any special handling requirements.
Additional shipping charges may apply for bulky items, heavy items, remote locations, dangerous goods, or special delivery requirements. Any applicable shipping cost charged by SupplyVan will be shown at checkout before payment.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, clearance charges, brokerage fees, and any other government-imposed charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier, customs authority, or relevant government authority upon or before delivery of the material.
SupplyVan is not responsible for delays, additional costs, returns, storage charges, or disposal of goods caused by non-payment of customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock availability verification. Standard order processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed during weekends, UAE public holidays, or outside normal business hours may be processed on the next working day.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your SupplyVan account, depending on the shipping method used.
Tracking availability may vary based on the courier, destination country, and shipment type.
Delivery Delays
While SupplyVan makes reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Remote-area delivery limitations
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Flight, port, or transport disruptions
- Public holidays or high shipment volumes
- Carrier or third-party logistics delays
- Force majeure events
SupplyVan shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities, courier partners, government restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Restricted or Prohibited Items
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited for shipping to specific countries. This may include products classified as dangerous goods, regulated materials, oversized products, or items restricted by local import laws.
SupplyVan reserves the right to cancel, hold, or modify an order if the product cannot be legally or safely shipped to the selected destination.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including contact name, phone number, address, city, state, country, and postal code where applicable.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, address correction, shipment return, storage, or reshipping caused by incorrect customer information or failed delivery attempts.
Partial Shipments
SupplyVan may dispatch orders in multiple shipments if products are available from different warehouses, supplied by different vendors, or have different lead times.
Customers may receive separate delivery updates for each shipment.
