Description

Alfra TCT hole saws is suitable for economically process stainless steel up to 2 mm (5/64 Inch), unalloyed steels up to 4 mm (3/16 Inch), plastics, PVC, aluminium, zinc, gypsum plaster boards and lightweight building boards, as well as asbestos. For the use on portable and pillar drilling machines. Do not use automatic feed, when working with pillar drilling machines.
  • Short type version hole saw is for material thickness up to 4mm.
  • High concentric running exactness through solid construction.
  • CAD-optimized cutting angles with specially ground section ensures high cutting capacity and long tool life.
  • Quick removal of drilled core through ejector spring for all hole saws up to 150mm (5-29/32 Inch).
  • Carbide tipping enables repeated re-grinding.
  • Exchangeable center pin.
  • From 15.2mm to 30mm, the hole saw is made of one piece.
  • Use of Morse Taper (MT) Tool holder from 31 mm (1 7/32 Inch) diameter to absorb heavy duty torsion forces and subsequently to avoid a shearing off the shank.
  • Tapered center drill with pre and post cutter.
  • Suitable for cutting of holes in stainless steel upto 2mm, unalloyed steel upto 4mm, plastics, PVC, aluminium, zinc, gypsum plaster boards and lightweight building boards and asbestos.
