Description

Spot Pulling and Welding Machine is equipped with innovative and advanced technology that allows the operating voltage to be compensated automatically. When the welder is connected to an AC 380V power supply, the system compensates for variations of the main supply voltage and ensures a constant level current to achieve a high quality performance. The uniquely designed gun cable support arm allows flexible movement with a 360 Deg rotation. We adopt a number of new international technologies in the whole welder structures, transformer design, water gas composition etc. With the advantage of novel structure, small size, noise and energy conservation, safety and reliability, it is the replacement of the conventional suspension spot welder. It facilitates welding of large and complex work piece and has extensive use in the automobile, motorcycle, household appliances, metal quilts and other manufacturing fields. Microprocessor control system optimizes the welding parameters. Due to the adoption of advanced digital control technology and user friendly design, all you have to do is select the welding current corresponding to the work piece thickness to achieve the best weld quality.
