Description
Titan Chlor-Tabs 500 are a blend of sodium dichloroisocyanurate, effervescent agents and tableting agents. They provide an accurate and convenient means of making up solutions of known available chlorine strengths for a variety of disinfection tasks. Titan Chlor-Tabs 500 are soluble in warm or cold water and are compatible when dissolved with neutral detergents for making a one stage sanitising solution.

- Chlorine release agents have been shown to be effective against a wide range of micro-organisms, including viruses, bacteria and fungi
- Low Risk Disinfection: For routine disinfection following cleaning of hard surfaces, sanitary fittings, catering equipment, crockery and cutlery. Use 1 to 2 tablets per 5L of water (100-200ppm available chlorine)
- Standard Disinfection: For increased safety in general cleaning of high risk areas (theatres, maternity units, etc.) drains and sinks, use 2 tablets per litre of water (1000ppm available chlorine)
- Salad Washing: Wash in water containing 1 tablet per 20L of water (25ppm available chlorine), rinsing in clean potable water will help remove any chlorine taste
- Suitable for general cleaning, disinfecting and washing vegetables
- Safer to handle and transport than liquid hypochlorite
