This Explosion Proof Double Compression Cable Gland Set is designed for safe and secure cable entry in hazardous environments. Made of high-quality brass with nickel plating, it ensures robust corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The M20 thread size supports cables with a wire range of 5 to 16mm, providing a tight and flameproof seal through its double compression design. Certified to IP68 protection, it prevents ingress of dust and water, making it suitable for armoured cables in Zone 1 and Zone 2 (Gas), Zone 21 and Zone 22 (Dust) classified hazardous areas. The gland comes complete with earth tag, shroud, and locknut for safe grounding and reliable installation.
