The Gulf 1200 Anti-Fungus Silicone Sealant is a versatile, one-part sealant that cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a durable, elastic rubber seal. It offers excellent adhesion to various materials, including glass, metals, most plastics, tiles, wood, concrete, and other building substrates. Formulated with fungicides to effectively inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria, making it ideal for high-humidity areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. Provides superior protection against moisture, ensuring long-lasting seals in wet environments. Bonds well with a variety of surfaces, including metal, glass, wood, ceramic, painted surfaces, and plastics. Remains permanently elastic, accommodating joint movement and resisting vibrations and temperature fluctuations. Features a fast-curing formula that facilitates efficient application and minimizes downtime. Resistant to ultraviolet light, ensuring performance longevity even with prolonged sun exposure.
