Description
The Honeywell V5GV3W100F-E 3-Way Globe Valve is engineered with a durable ductile-iron body and corrosion-resistant stainless-steel internal components to deliver long-lasting, reliable control performance in hydronic HVAC systems. Designed for mixing or diverting applications, this valve ensures stable water flow regulation in chilled water, hot water, and general heating/cooling loops. This DN-100 (4-inch) flanged valve features a high Kvs of 160, enabling efficient handling of large water volumes while maintaining excellent modulation accuracy. Its PTFE + stainless-steel spring packing helps maintain a clean and smooth stem movement, reducing wear and ensuring consistent sealing performance throughout its service life. The V5GV3W100F-E is fully compatible with Honeywell linear electric actuators such as the ML7420 or ML8824 series. Using a matching actuator helps maintain precise control, reduces drift, and prevents improper valve positioning, which could lead to energy loss or unstable temperature control in HVAC equipment. Installing and maintaining this valve helps prevent internal leakage, bypassing, or flow imbalance, protecting coils, pumps, and other equipment from performance issues.
