Made of tool alloy steel (grade ?4?4?2). Hardness of the cutting edges 62-65 HRc. Designed for drilling holes in metal. Grinding angle - 118 degrees. There are two narrow cylindrical belts on the edges of the drill's spiral grooves. The drill has the so called inverse taper: diameter of its calibration part reduces from the cutting part towards the shank.
