If you need more than just a typical department store shredder for your home or office, the New United ET-26S is a great choice. This tower design shredder is robust and keeps up with most office shredding needs. It features a 26 sheet shredding capacity (based on 26 sheets of 20 pound bond paper) and a 230mm throat width. A separate slot can be used to shred CDs, DVDs and credit cards. The standard shredder blades can also handle paper clips and staples. The shred bin pulls out from the side of the shredder and is easy to empty. A small window in the bin allows the operator to see shredded paper. The paper is highlighted by a built-in blue LED light while it is shredding. The entire look and feel of this shredder is impressive. This shredder is remarkably quiet. It also touts a Level P-2 shred capacity, which is perfect for shredding invoices, bills, patient records and other sensitive documentation.
