The Revvo TLCH Series Heavy-Duty Floor Lock (AA7LYQ) is a robust caster locking device engineered to secure mobile equipment, carts, and industrial wagons in place without lifting them from the ground. Designed for heavy-duty applications, this floor lock bolts to the underside of equipment and engages a steel pad to lock against the floor when activated. It’s ideal for warehouses, manufacturing floors, assembly lines, and other environments where stability during loading, unloading, or stationary work is essential.

- Heavy-duty steel construction for long-lasting performance in industrial conditions
- Designed to work with 6 inch caster wheels (mounting height -7-7/8 in.)
- Extended height of 8 1/8 inch provides strong contact with the floor for secure lock-in
- Retracted height of 6-3/8 inch allows normal rolling movement when disengaged
- Plate-mount design with 4.5 x 6 inch mounting plate and D-pattern bolt spacing for simplicity of installation
- Ideal for fixing carts and mobile platforms without raising them or using individual caster brakes
