This 23488 PC-1250 single stroke plastic pipe & tubing cutter from Ridgid is an easy-to-use tool that can cut all types of plastic or rubber tubing and pipes up to 1-5/8- Inch outside diameter. It comes with an X-cel blade which is quick to change and also has a reversible blade making it equal to two-time the blade life. With this cutter there is no ratcheting or twisting required. Also it has spring loaded handles for faster positioning and has a compact size for easy storage.
