Description
Weicon Easy-Mix PE-PP 50 is a 2-component construction adhesive based on methyl acrylate. Due to its transparent curing, it is particularly suitable for optically demanding, high-strength bonding of low-energy plastics, such as e.g. B. PE, PP and TPE. Thanks to its special formulation, the adhesive is suitable for 0-gap connections and for bonding substrates with extremely small adhesive gaps of less than 0.2 mm. The structural adhesive has a fast strength development and a high final strength. It is impact-resistant, resistant to aging, resistant to chemicals and slightly thixotropic. PE-PP 50 has a short pot life of six minutes and a handling strength of twelve minutes. It is processed in a 1:1 system and no pre-treatment of the parts to be bonded is necessary, as the adhesive has an integrated primer. The Easy-Mix D 50 dispensing gun is required to process the Easy-Mix product.
