2-K Primer is especially suitable for the pre-treatment of various rubber materials and metal surfaces prior to the application of Weicon Urethanes.Processing
Primer G is a 2C-system, which needs to be mixed prior to the application. To do so, fill the entire content of the syringe into the bottle, then close it and shake well for approx. two minutes. Apply Primer G to the clean and dry surface and spread it evenly using a paint brush. After approx. 30 - 60 minutes, the primer has reached handling strength and can be coated with Urethane 85. During the application, we recommend an ambient temperature of 20 Deg.C at a relative air humidity below 85%.
StorageWhen unopened and stored in a normal climate (+23 Deg.C and 50 % rel. humidity), Weicon Primer G has a shelf life of 9 months.
