The Wika Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge, 232.50.100 is a high-performance, industrial-grade pressure measuring instrument meticulously engineered to deliver exceptional accuracy, reliability, and long-term stability in the most demanding operating environments. Built with a fully stainless steel case and wetted components, this gauge is purpose-designed to withstand aggressive media, harsh atmospheric conditions, and high mechanical stress—making it a preferred choice across heavy industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas, petrochemical refining, power generation, marine operations, water treatment plants, and general industrial machinery. At the core of the instrument lies WIKA’s precision-crafted Bourdon tube mechanism, which converts applied system pressure into smooth, precise pointer movement. This mechanism ensures accurate, repeatable, and drift-resistant readings, even under continuous operation. The gauge features a large NS100 (100 mm) dial, providing excellent visibility and crystal-clear pressure indication from a distance. The high-contrast scale and finely balanced pointer enhance readability, while the rugged stainless steel window ring and sealed construction protect the internal measuring system from dust, moisture, and corrosive elements. Compliant with EN 837-1 standards, the gauge is designed for operational safety and performance consistency. It incorporates a blow-out back safety feature, which provides an added layer of protection by safely venting internal pressure in case of accidental overpressure or component failure. This ensures both operator safety and extended instrument life. Depending on the application, it can be supplied in a dry configuration or filled with glycerin or other damping fluids to minimize pointer oscillation caused by pulsations or heavy vibration—ideal for pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, and rotating equipment.
