Description

The Denzel BCW3000-T/100 oil-type compressor with a power of 3 kW produces 520 liters of compressed air per minute. Excellent for commercial use, for example, for organizing air supply lines, long-term work with pneumatic tools, used in furniture manufacturing enterprises, etc. Three-cylinder layout provides better cooling and maintainability when needed. The main feature of the compressor is a double motor protection system. A temperature sensor is built into the winding, which prevents heating above 130 degree, and a current fuse prevents damage to the main unit due to voltage surges.
  • Copper Winding of the Electric Motor: The risk of motor breakdown is minimized, because copper does not lose its properties when overheated, unlike aluminum
  • Pressostat: The required level of pressure is maintained in the receiver, which ensures stable production of compressed air. The set limit is not allowed to be exceeded, so the compressor operates safely
  • Emergency Pressure Release: The safety valve is activated when the relay for some reason does not turn off the motor after filling the receiver. This prevents the storage device from exploding and causing emergency situations
  • The valve plate is an element subject to intense loads and has a galvanized coating that prevents oxidation and corrosion
  • Japanese Steel: Valves are made of stainless steel AISI 420 , resistant to destruction. The quality of the parts allows you to use the compressor for an 8-hour shift without fear of damaging it
  • Output Pressure Regulator: Depending on the type of air tool, the operator can fine-tune the required pressure level to achieve ideal results
  • 2 pressure gauges have a diameter increased to 50mm, so reading pressure readings at the inlet and outlet is not difficult
  • 2 quick-release “Rapid" connectors and a “Herringbone" fitting provide easy connection with pneumatic tools, and an additional fitting allows you to directly connect a pneumatic line or a second receiver
  • Convenient Wheels: The compressor can be easily turned around in place thanks to the front pair of wheels, and the rear wheels make it easier to move around the site
  • U-Shaped Handle: It is convenient to hold on to it to transport the compressor to the right place
  • The condensate drain valve has a convenient finger stop , so removing air and moisture remaining after work does not take much time
