The Dorfit DT75HO is a heavy-duty floor spring engineered for glass, aluminium, wooden, and metal swing doors in commercial and residential applications. Built with a stainless steel top cover and robust full cast iron body, this concealed floor spring delivers excellent durability and smooth bi-directional door control. Designed for doors up to 1200 mm width and 150 kg weight capacity, it supports 360° opening and closing for both single and double action doors. The hold-open function at 90° in either direction allows convenient door positioning, making it ideal for offices, retail entrances, hotels, and public buildings.
