The Dorfit DT75NH is a heavy-duty concealed floor spring designed for glass, aluminium, wooden, and metal swing doors in commercial and residential applications. Built with a stainless steel top cover and a robust full cast iron body, this floor spring delivers excellent durability and smooth bi-directional door control. Designed for doors up to 1200 mm width and 150 kg weight capacity, it supports 360° opening and closing for both single and double action doors. The non-hold open design ensures the door automatically returns to the closed position after use, making it ideal for office entrances, retail stores, hotels, and public buildings where automatic closing is required for safety and convenience.
