Description

- Self-closing and automatic locking type karabiner
- Steel quarter turn locking karabiner
- Able to withstand a Tensile Load of 15 kN for 3 Min. with Gate closed and unlocked. And also able to withstand a Tensile Marked Load of 23 kN for 3 Min. with Gate closed and locked
- Able to withstand a Tensile Load of 7 KN for 3 Min
- With the gate closed and locked, apply a load of 6 kN per 10 second along the major axis. Unload and check that gate opens as intended
- Tested with a force of 1 kN per 90 sec, the gate locking feature of connector function correctly
- Gate locking withstands a force of 1.5 kN for 60 sec without any partial fracture. After this test the gate locking feature still functions correctly
- ISO 9227:2010-24 hours neutral salt spray followed by 1 hour drying, then a further 24 hours exposure
- No visual evidence of any corrosion present. Gate function retained
